The challenge

Club kits drop fast and in many SKUs, adult and kids. Traditional on-model product photography needs samples, a studio, models and weeks.

The shirts would be on sale before the photos were ready.

The thinking
Insight

The bottleneck was never the camera. It was moving physical product and people to one place.

Strategic choice

Make phone photos of the real shirt the brief, and make accuracy the one thing that is not negotiable.

The idea

A product page pipeline that meets Nike's global standard without a studio day.

The output

Home, away and kids kits. Front, back, full length and detail, framed the same way for every SKU. Crest, sponsors, sleeve marks and the fabric rib checked against the real shirt before anything shipped.

Home shirt

The brief, then what came back.

Point of view
Speed only matters if nobody can tell. Accuracy is the product.
The impact

Store-ready product pages from phone photos, with no samples shipped and no studio booked.
